Every year we pause to fill out some forms and write down some reports for the powers that be. When we can, we share information with you.
Our laptop donation program is important to Epimeta. We take older machines, refurbish them and give them out. No questions asked. We believe that this will help them find a new home -- and keep them out of the landfills.
Our totals for 2024 giving are 162 laptops and charging bricks. These machine aren't new, but if they were they would have cost the families about $70,000 to $85,000. These donations do just as good a job on editing documents, exploring the web and doing homework. That's a big win for everyone.
We want to thank all of our supporters for their hard work, all so our recipients can also put in the hard work on their homework. So lets quit reading press releases and go back to work everyone. Happy New Year celebrations are over now.
